       This is the third iteration of a three part cyanotype book featuring images taken from my family archive. This iteration takes form as an unbound book, with each page containing both a front and a back. This iteration at the moment contains 11 complete front to back pages, but is continuously being worked on. Each page has been recoated and printed with images upwards of four times. They also have been bleached, with pieces removed, and written on. Each page is framed to line up with another page, this can be seen in the white line work as well as the missing pieces from each page. When handling this book the viewer can make choices for themself, moving the pages as they please and lining certain pages up together as they see fit. Each page can be viewed individually or layered on-top of another page. 

       This book is meant to further explore the experience of a fractured memory and memory loss. Many moments are undiscernible, some are clear, and others lost all together. Some pages have clear connections while others seem to make zero sense. Images appear over and over again with variation creating confusion, hesitation, and indecisiveness towards what might actually be the truth. The traits which once separate time and space no longer exist. Whats left is only memory and thought. The body has been removed. Brain scattered. Memory has lost its meaning and your sight is abstract. We share experiences but they are never the same. You take what you are given and are left in the abyss of the unknown. There is no escaping time. Only losing yourself in the abyss of your own memories.
